BRICKBOX is a monthly subscription service, just like a magazine. Once you sign up, each month you will receive a Mystery Box filled with awesome BRICK contents! Our focus is on Authentic Building Toys. BRICK Sets, Minifigures and other BRICK-related products, Let the games begin!

How do I login to my account/change my address/change my subscription choice for next month?

What’s inside the box?

It will always be a surprise, what you can count on is a Licensed BRICK set and at least one Minifigure in every box. Other items you will find are custom tiles, custom accessories, books, stickers, surprise bags, toys and other cool items we source specifically for you. We can't reveal everything or it won't be a surprise and some of the things you’ll find can’t be found anywhere else, so don’t miss out!


BRICKBOX is our Premium Package. Each box will include a licensed BRICK set and at least one Minifigure. With a varying mix of accessories, blind bags, mixels, custom items, flashlights, and the list goes on...!  BRICKBOX mini contents are exciting and unexpected. One month it could be a BRICK set, accessories and stickers OR a set of Unique Minifigures! Zombie pack? Super Heroes? Who knows!  

What happened to the Brickbox Loot bag?

Unfortunately, we are discontinuing the Loot bag.  All current subscribers will continue to receive their Loot, but you cannot start a new subscription.  

What age group is this for?

Any BRICK fan will be excited to receive this monthly surprise.  If it is Custom Minifigures you are looking for, accessories or a new build set - we have you covered.  But due to small pieces and complicated builds, ages 6+ recommended.

How much does it cost?

Prices range from $28.99 USD to $38.99 USD + Shipping and Handling for month to month Subscriptions.  Choose your package!

What currency will I be billed in?

All billing is processed in US Dollars.

How does billing work?

Signing up for BRICKBOX means opting into a subscription that reoccurs every month (or every 3 months depending on your subscription choice). We process payments on the 1st of the month, in advance of your next shipment.

When do I need to sign up to get this month’s box?

We generally close the month by the 21st. All orders are shipped ten days before the end of each month, so get your order in by the 21st to receive the current month's BRICKBOX.

What if I only want one box?

Check out our 1-Time Buy section to purchase a previous month's box.  Or make your subscription a gift!  And then choose to not have it renew.

When does BRICKBOX ship?

We ship all of our boxes on the same day. All boxes ship around the 21st of each month. You will receive a tracking notice when your box ships.

How much does shipping & handling cost?

Shipping to US destinations is $4.99 for a single Brickbox ($3.99 for the Mini), $2.99 per month for a 3-month subscription ($2.39 for the Mini).  International shipments start at $16.00 USD to 26.99 USD per month.

What are your shipping limitations?

BRICKBOX ships mostly Worldwide.  We are sorry to say we can no longer ship to Australia, Mexico, Tunisia, Malaysia or India.

When should I expect my box?

Your BRICKBOX will arrive before the end of each month in the US and Canada. We ship 10 days before the end of each month, but sometimes shipping is held up in other parts of the world.

Which carrier ships your boxes?

Boxes are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

How do I update my account information?

LOGIN HERE!  Login using your email address and password, once inside, you can edit any of your account settings. If you have any questions or run into any problems, please contact our support team by email: [email protected].

How do I cancel my account?

If you’re not completely satisfied with BRICKBOX, you can unsubscribe at any time. In order to cancel before you are re-billed, you need to log into your account and cancel prior to the re-billing date (1st of the month). 

Can I put my subscription on hold?

You can skip a shipment but you cannot put it on hold. To skip a shipment, log into your account, choose "edit subscription". Then click skip shipment.
